Tahu Bulat

These foods are usually made snack when gathering with family. The taste is crisp keep you hooked.

Ingredients

4 pieces of white tofu
1 liter of cooking oil

seasoning

3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste

Directions

1. Put 4 pieces of tofu in a basin of medium size, and then save it into the refrigerator for 1 night and drained.

2. Remove the tofu from the cooler, mashed know until smooth. Give spices and mix until blended.

3. Make the dough into a round shape like a ping pong ball, until the dough runs out.

4. Heat the cooking oil in a skillet.

5. Then while cold fried tofu until golden brown. Remove and drain.
