These foods are commonly used as a snack to relax. Sometimes it can also be made side dish with rice.
Ingredients
250 grams of wheat flour
15 peeled prawns, leaving tails
1 egg, beaten off
400 ml water
4 carrots, sliced model of lighters
½ cabbage, thinly sliced
1 leek, thinly sliced
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
1 liter of cooking oil
Softened seasoning
3 red onions
3 cloves garlic
1/3 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons salt
flavoring to taste
Directions
1. Prepare the beaten egg, add 200 ml of water and spices, stir until evenly distributed.
2. Stir in the flour, stir the flour until smooth, add the remaining water.
3. Enter carrots, cabbage, leeks, celery, stirring until well blended.
4. Set skillet and heat the cooking oil, dip the ladle into hot oil, remove from heat.
5. Use another spoon for pouring batter into a ladle that has been dyed to full surface.
6. Place the shrimp on top, dip back in the hot oil until the dough can be detached from the spoon.
7. Fry until it is lightly browned, remove from heat. Ready to serve.
